Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us immediately if this is the case.
